All our tickets are 100% changeable.
If you have booked your tickets through a travel agency or tour operator, please contact them directly.

POSTPONE MY TRIP
Postpone your departure date without any change fee. If the original fare is no longer available, you will need to pay a fare difference.

The travel date change request must be made before the initial departure date.CANCEL MY TRIP
You will receive a voucher valid for 1 year. This voucher can be refunded at any time during its one year-validity. The voucher can be used on frenchbee.com or through our call center.

BASIC, BASIC+, SMART and PREMIUM tickets can be modified without any change fee. If the original fare is no longer available, you will need to pay any fare difference.

If you don't know when you will be able to travel you may request a refundable voucher valid for 1 year on all French bee destinations. This voucher can be refunded at any time during its one year-validity.

The current processing time for refunds is 30 days.

▶️ Your want to request a refund for your voucher
Your voucher is eligible for a refund if any of the following apply:
- It has been issued between March 2020 and March 5, 2021 and has expired.
- Is is refundable at any time : "VOUCHER COVID19-REFUND ANYTIME" must be noted on your voucher.
Vouchers issued after March 2022 are not refundable.
If you have obtained a voucher from your travel agency, please contact them directly.
Flight schedules
In case of any modifications to you flight, we will notify you via SMS and/or Email. We invite you to check your contact information through Manage my booking.
